The Hato Pāora Old Boys Executive is planning to update the Pānui Mate Board that currently resides in the Chapel at the College.

In order for the Executive to receive accurate information related to this sensitive subject, we ask that you fill out the following form and send it back to us as best as you can and in particular, noting if someone(s) from your year group has passed away.

Please fill in the questionnaire and the Executive will collate the information, and will also contact immediate whānau informing them of the executive’s intentions.
